Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return as per our return policy, however shipping charges for return will need to be borne by the customer and only after receipt of the return goods will the refund be processed.

Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Personalized or customized items.

Perishable goods.
